30 Days Exchange & Return policy
You can easily exchange and return a product within a month of purchase. Just drop us an email ( [email protected] ) and your concerns will all be settled by our customer service representative within 24hours. We are more likely to hear you within a month. Beyond 30 days we will be sorry to say that we won’t be able to help you out.
Your order’s solicitation should be made within 24hours and you may request for cancellation within 48 hours. We will refund the entire amount into the buyer’s account after the request. Failing to do so will cause some conditions to apply which are as follow:
– 35% of the total amount will be deducted if the cancellation is made after 48 hours of placing the order.
– A cancellation made just 5 days before the actual product delivery will account for straight 50% deductions from the total paid sum.
– 5 days after you are informed about the orders dispatched, none of your cancellation requests will be accepted.
If someone wishes to exchange some product he didn’t find the size he ordered, giving the right fit. We will love to offer such an exchange without charging a penny. You just need to pay the delivery charges which will surely depend on the size and weight of the article.
You might be facing some issues with the product’s design and shading when compared to the picture on the site. All you can do is just send us in the snapshots of the product highlighting the issues within 7 business days. Do remember, this consolidation won’t work for the products without price tags.
The request for changing the size of the product should be made within 24hours. If the period exceeds 24 hours, you’ll be charged an additional 30% percent of the total amount you paid. This offer is only valid up to 5 days of order collection.
Be decisive before placing orders of alike products. We don’t offer return/exchange policies for such items.
Custom orders are not exchangeable.
- For the return case, the shipping cost has to be paid by the purchaser. Additionally, earlier postage charges will also be bored by the purchaser as shipping for the first time was free for all.
- Items won’t be exchanged or returned without the product tag.
- As soon as you send in the product, our quality inspector will ensure the product’s quality. You may feel free to email us ( [email protected] ) for any of the queries.
- Refund is not liable to credit orders. For instance, if you had a different stance earlier and later you changed in respect to a product. Maybe you would come up with a reason that you’ve purchased a certain product unintentionally. Or it has been a month since our product is with you. These are all considerate things.
RMA number and Custom Duties
RMA number needs to be stick to the packaging material before dispatching back our product to the warehouse.
Although we offer free shipping. Additional custom policies put in by the state needs to be paid by the buyer.
